I decided to focus on buying what would match my current wardrobe rather than randomly buying clothing just because of the discounted price. I am learning that having key items makes all the difference. One of my summer buy has been this floral peep-toe kitten heels shoes from Graceland. Just what I need to turn any of my current outfits into a summery outfit. They were so cute I just could not resist.
I would love you tell you that this summer I went on shopping spree and cleared out all the stores. For some reason this year has been different. Maybe it has to do with this journey 2 fashion or the crisis, but I only both a few items.
I have also been scanning the internet for bags as I really wanted to buy a new one. Most of every website that had a top 10 designer bags list, listed the Chanel flap bag as number one calling it a timeless classic. Seeing that currently I will not be able to afford the 2.55 purse on my entry level salary, I thought it best to look for an alternative. So I bought this beautiful shoulder bag from Mango, which I call “the budget appropriate 2.55 purse alternative”.
And her is favorite buy has been the Oscar de la Renta sunglasses. I have always been weary of buying expensive sunglasses for fear of losing them. However this time I decided to take a chance and buy a nice pair. While most everyone is out and about buying Ray-Ban wayfarer and aviators, I opted for this round over-sized diva sunglasses that will probably outlast the current sunglasses trend.
