The Grammy Awards is to music what Oscars is to movies and the 55th Grammy Awards was held on February 10, 2013, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. And one thing is sure, unlike the Oscars, the winners anounced are as suprising as the outfits artist wear to the event. Here are some artist who in my opinion totally rocked in their outfits.
