One of the reason for including “Other Stories” in my blog, is that sometimes, I visit places and/ or do things that are not fashion related. One of those things was me visiting Kijkduin with a friend this past weekend. Kijkduin is a Dutch seaside resort in the city of The Hague.
I was super excited as I have been there before. On the day we went it was a bit cloudy, but upon arriving I could not help but feel happy and relaxed. The smell and wind of the beach made me feel like I had no care in the world, that life is simple and the world if full of endless possibilities.
I could not leave there without taking a few pictures of the amazing view and of course the outfit I wore that day.
Dresscode for the day was sporty comfy. With MyJourney2GoodHealth I started enjoying many activities I would have not before. It is funny to see that I now consider an afternoon walking on the beach as much fun as a lazy Sunday laying on the couch watching TV.
My pictures do not do justice to how amazing beautiful the place is. I recommend visiting Kijkduin to everyone and if you do not live in The Netherlands any beach will do. Even if it is too cold to swim, just walking on the coast is a wonderful experience in itself.
