Some people got money on their mind, but I have sneakers on my mind. It is all I have been thinking about for the past few weeks. Constantly checking Google, YouTube and stores like Footlocker, Snipes and JD Sports. All because one day I went shopping and suddenly realized that I got so out of touch with what was happening in the sneaker world. Like Boost. Boost what?!? (Answer, link here). It was like I was sleeping beauty waking up from a long sleep only to find that sneakers were not only been worn as street wear, but in the boardroom as well.
So, there I was needing to dive back into the world of kicks to find out what I have missed out on. Let just say, it is a great year to be part of the sneaker culture. The releases scheduled are truly dope (link here). For me it all started with the brand with the 3 stripes. I won’t call myself a Sneakerhead, but as an Adidas lover that has already been the outlet next to Adidas HQ in Germany that also has a pair of customized MiAddias. I must say I truly heart trainers.

When it comes to crepes I might be categorized as a purist. I love me the Stan Smiths, the Superstars. Give a new colorway in these models and I am happy lady. But times has changed and so have I. While I will always have a special place in my heart for Adidas. I am open to other brands. Just last Christmas I copped my first Air Jordan brand trainers.

Now on the hunt for new a pair of kicks, I have been eying the Jordan 3’s Retro OG basketball shoes, Reebok Club C 85 and Workout Plus tennis shoes, The Pharrell x adidas Tennis HU and the Filling pieces Low Top Ripple Tonal Beige.
Which crepes are looking forward to looking forward to? Let me know in the comments.
